To order, just select the fabric blend (70/30 or 50/50) and color on
the "Order" page, and write a note in the "ordering instructions" text
box to indicate the desired customization. For embroidery and beading,
be sure to specify thread and bead colors.
- The receipt generated automatically
at checkout will reflect only the price of the base shawl, but you
will receive a purchase confirmation email specifying the actual
price of your order. Please check it carefully and let us know promptly if there is any inaccuracy.

- Embroidery, beading, and jacquard texture are available
as add-ons to the 70% pashmina/30% silk and 50% pashmina/50% silk
wraps in all regularly-available colors.

- Beaded fringes:Available in two different styles: net beading and straight beading. Not available in 100% pashmina. $15 supplement for full and medium size, $7.50 for mufflers.
- Hand-stitched embroidery: Please note that embroidery is done by various craftspeople, whose interpretations of each design may vary.
- Full-surface floral embroidery ("Florata and Kanya Devi"):
Not available in 100% pashmina. $65 supplement for full or medium size,
$35 for mufflers ($85 and $50, respectively, for metallic gold- or
silver-colored thread.) Photos.
- Metallic thread (silver or gold) embroidery: Not available in 100% pashmina. $30 supplement for four-side borders on full- or medium-size shawls, $15 for mufflers. Photo.
- Embroidered borders Photos. (Not available in 100% pashmina.)
- 4 sides: $25 for full or medium size, $10 for mufflers. ($30 and
$15, respectively, for metallic gold- or silver-colored thread.) Photo.
- narrow sides only: $15 for full or medium size, $7.50 for
mufflers. ($20 and $12, respectively, for metallic gold- or
silver-colored thread.)
- Ombre
two-tone dying, fading from one color at one side (or end) to another
at the opposite side (or end). Available for wraps of any size or blend
for a $7.50 supplement.
- Plaid and Stripes: Available only for 70% pashmina/30% silk mufflers, and only from Pret-a-Porter
